Electoral Reform... a new proposal

As I warned you before, there is no limit to Italian procrastination attempts. While the number one of the Democratic Party proposes the Kirghistan Electoral system, his deputy proposes the French one. So, all those who got upset for the German/Spanish (Kirghistan) System are now happy about the French one proposed by Franceschini, while all those who were happy about that proposal are now wondering the reasons behind this new proposal... I bet that within the next few hours we will have some denials and, as usual, the Italian journalist will have misunderstood the intentions of Franceschini... anyway... The joke continues... And funny enough there are people that still enjoy it! Good for them... Happy New Year!
